The sky turned shabby and we did not pursue to go further.  We returned to Akan after reaching the lookout for the two small lakes.

We then went for a morning walk along the lake side

Ride on 道北バス Dohoku bus

We board onto the bus only with reservation, without paying any fare.  When we arrived at Akan, they checked our tickets and guided us to the ticket office to pay.

It took 4 hours to travel from Sounkyo to Akan.

It would be wonderful if the trees turned red, ended the 大雪国道 into 北見国道

流星・銀河の滝

We spent ¥10,000 for a taxi ride from ryokan back to Sounkyo.  The taxi driver offered us a side visit to the waterfall nearby.

Morning walk at 大雪山高原 Taisetsuzan kogen 2016.9.30

On the next morning, the weather became fine and beautiful.  Daisetsuzan impressed us in another way.
